This policy describes how VLNX processes the personal data collected through the vlnx.com.br website, the contact form, and the AI assistant, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

1. Data we collect

We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when requesting contact, asking to receive your AI Maturity Check read-out, or requesting the free diagnostic session:

If you choose self-scheduling for the diagnostic session (the 30-minute conversation with the founding partner), the details entered on the booking page (name, email, and chosen time) are also processed to confirm and run the meeting.

We do not use cookies — no tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party cookies. To understand how the site is used and improve it, we record each visit’s journey anonymously: page views, the steps taken in the AI Maturity Check, and the option chosen at each step (always from a closed list of options), plus the country, the device class (phone, tablet, or computer), and the language. This record does not identify you: the visit identifier is temporary — created on each page load and discarded on reload —, is not a cookie, and cannot recognise you on a future visit. In this collection we do not store your IP address, we do not store your browser’s full identification, and we do not store free text; your name and email are never sent to it. If you choose to leave your contact details, the visit then becomes linked to your record. We also keep technical access logs (server logs).

2. Purpose and legal basis

The legal basis is consent. Data is used solely for commercial contact and qualifying your interest (scheduling and running the free diagnostic session and any resulting proposal). We do not use your data for other purposes without renewed consent.

3. How data is processed

Contact form: filled out directly on the site (native form) and sent securely to our cloud backend, which records the lead in VLNX’s own platform, hosted on AWS. Consent (not pre-checked) is collected within the form itself, with the date and time of acceptance.
AI Maturity Check (self-serve instrument): you choose the business outcome you want to unlock, answer 5 multiple-choice questions and, if you wish, tick from a list the pain points you recognise. The maturity band and the main bottleneck are computed by a fixed rule; the read-out and the use-case hypotheses are written by artificial intelligence. Your name, email, and phone number are never sent to the AI model. Up to the capture step, the model receives only your anonymous answers. Your contact details are collected only afterwards, if you choose to receive the full read-out by email, with consent (not pre-checked) recorded — and from that point the model also receives the company name, the role, and any text you write about where it hurts, so that it writes from the reader’s perspective. The model is instructed to state nothing about your company and not to use outside knowledge about it.
Contact and scheduling: depending on the details you provide, we may reach you by email, phone, or WhatsApp. WhatsApp contact may be supported by a VLNX AI assistant, always identified as such. Optionally, you may pick the meeting time through a Google Calendar booking page; in that case, the invitation and the meeting are operated in Google Workspace.

4. Processors and international transfer

To operate the site and process data, we use the following processors, which may store data outside Brazil (international transfer), with appropriate contractual and technical safeguards:

Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosting, the form/maturity check backend, storage of leads and of the anonymous journey in VLNX’s own platform, email delivery, and AI read-out generation, with storage in the USA, plus services with global scope, whose operation is not confined to a single region (such as edge content delivery, including in Brazil).
Anthropic PBC (USA) — the artificial intelligence provider used to write the read-out and the use-case hypotheses, as described in item 3; under a data processing agreement (DPA), with no use of data for model training and temporary retention of up to 30 days for security purposes only.
Google (Google Workspace) — email, calendar, and diagnostic-session self-scheduling.
Meta (WhatsApp) — optional contact and scheduling channel, when you provide your phone number.
Cloudflare — anti-spam protection for the form and the maturity check capture.

5. Retention

Anonymous journey of the visit (item 1): kept for up to 180 days and automatically deleted thereafter.
PDF report (maturity reading): generated with AI and sent by email; stored with restricted access and automatically deleted within 90 days. To stop receiving it, reply to the email.
Leads (contact form and maturity check capture), in VLNX’s own platform: kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, deleted upon request.

6. Security

Data in transit is protected by TLS (HTTPS). Data at rest is encrypted. We do not record personal data in technical logs.

7. Your rights

At any time you may request: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion, and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights or ask questions, contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO):

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The “last updated” date at the top indicates the current version.
